Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, was informed on 2 October 2012 that on 2 October 2012 John Sach, Chief Executive Officer, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 71.5p each. John Sach now has an interest in 1,410,015 ordinary shares representing 2.39% of the total voting rights in the Company.
