Director's Shareholding
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has received notification that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, today sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 142 pence per share.
Following this sale, Simon Olswang has an interest in 19,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
