DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALING

The Company has been notified that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 58 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 590.60 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 June 2016. Following the purchase, Michelle Senecal de Fonseca has a beneficial interest in 2,681 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
