Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification that John Croft, Non-executive Chairman of Fusionex, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 485 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 May 2014. Following the purchase, John Croft has a beneficial interest of 11,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
