Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification that John Croft, Non-executive Chairman of Fusionex, acquired 13,800 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 148 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 January 2016. Following the purchase, John Croft has a beneficial interest of 24,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
