Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification that Mr. Jeremy Ayre, Non Executive Director of Metals Exploration plc, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 March 2016. Following the purchase Mr Ayre has a beneficial interest of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.0012 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
