Huntsworth plc, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, has been informed that John Farrell, a non-executive director, has been nominated to join the Supervisory Board of LBi International N.V. as of the effective date of the merger of LBi International AB and Obtineo Netherlands Holding N.V., to be renamed LBi International N.V. The merger is expected to be completed in July 2010.
