Directors' holdings
2ergo Group plc (AIM: RGO, "2ergo" or "the Company"), announces that, pursuant to the allotment of ordinary shares in the Company through the Placing and the Subscription announced on 3 July 2013, the following changes to the directors' beneficial shareholdings in the Company have occurred:

In addition, following admission of the new ordinary shares, the resignations of Keith Seeley, Barry Sharples and Peter Kenyon as directors of the Company have become effective, as have the appointments of Ian Smith as Executive Chairman and Simon Duckworth as independent non-executive director.
Ian Smith is a founding partner and shareholder in MXC Capital Limited and MXC Capital Advisory LLP. Following the Placing and Subscription their shareholdings are as follows:
