Director's Disclosure Update

In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces the following changes to the director's disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Eagle Gold Mines Pty Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Australia and for which C Lambert is a non-executive director, has been placed into receivership by a creditor. C Lambert is also executive Chairman of Altona.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
