Director's Dealing
Mr Michael Charles Nott, a director of Alba, has advised the Company that he has transferred 161,292 shares in the Company into the joint ownership of both himself and his wife Mrs Anna Nott.
The total ordinary shares in the Company owned and deemed to be controlled by Mr Nott remains unchanged, at 18,160,606, representing approximately 4.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
