Tangent (AIM: TNG), the online print and digital marketing business, announces it was notified that Michael Green, the Chairman of the Company, inherited 50,000 ordinary shares, and has subsequently sold the same number of shares on 10 September 2015 at a price of 2.625p per ordinary share.

As a result of the above transaction, Michael Green's shareholding remains unchanged.
