The Company announces that Paul Zuckerman, Non-Executive Director of Great Eastern, yesterday bought 78,000 GDRs (each representing 0.5 underlying Ordinary Shares of INR 10 each) in Great Eastern at 512.5 pence per GDR. Following this purchase, Mr. Zuckerman has a beneficial interest in 170,733 GDRs in the Company, representing approximately 0.15% of the total issued share capital.
