Director's Dealing

The Company has been informed that, Paul Beck, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 12.0 pence per share.

Following completion of the share purchase, Paul Beck will have a beneficial interest in 1,583,000 Ordinary Shares representing 5.02% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. Included in Mr Beck's beneficial interest are 410,000 Ordinary Shares held by Front Square Securities Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Beck and his wife and of which Mr Beck is a director.
