MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or "The Company") announces, that today the Company received notification, that Mr. Philippe Lamarche, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 5,000 GDRs in the Company at a price of $14.82 per GDR.
The beneficial interest of Mr. Philippe Lamarche is 10,000 GDRs now and represents 0.0096% of the total outstanding GDR-share capital of the Company.
