REH received notification today that, David Weir, Non-Executive Chairman of REH, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the company of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 November 2013 at a price of 3.125 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. David Weir's total holding is now 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
