Mulberry was notified that Ms Melissa Ong, a Non-Executive Director of Mulberry, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP 9.54 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Ms Melissa Ong now directly owns 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Ms Ong is the daughter of Mr Ong Beng Seng and Mrs Christina Ong, who together are beneficially interested in approximately 56.1% of the Company's total voting rights.
