Pivot Entertainment Group plc (AIM: PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, was notified that on 9th February 2012, Jeremy Barbera, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.4p per share. Prior to the transaction, Jeremy Barbera was interested in 9,350,000 ordinary shares. Following this purchase his total holding is now 9,400,000 representing 14.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
