The Company announces today that John May, Chairman of the Company, has transferred 13,333,333 ordinary shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at 1.2 pence per share. 

Accordingly and following such transfer, 4,294,083 shares are now registered in his personal name.

His total beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 17,627,416 ordinary shares representing 19.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
