The Company announces that it was informed today that Mr. Oozi Cats, its CEO and executive director, has bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 215 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr. Cats owns or is directly interested in 22,611,977 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
