Director's Dealing
The Company was notified today that Theresa Wallis, Non- Executive Chairman, today transferred 151,190 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to her ISA to which she is the sole beneficiary.
Following this transaction, Theresa's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 331,037 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
