The Company has been notified that, as of 23 May 2013, Greg Genske, has sold 3,719,527 shares in the Company. Following the sale, Greg Genske will not have a voting interest in the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company confirms that its issued share capital as at the date of this announcement is 87,482,877 ordinary shares of 2 pence each.
