Intelligent Energy Holdings plc (the "Company") has been notified of the following purchases of ordinary shares of the Company.

On 29 July 2014, Dr Henri Winand, its Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 37,472 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 232.17p per share.

Following this purchase, the number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in which Dr Winand is beneficially interested is 370,903, or 0.20% of the Company's total issued share capital.
