Director's dealings

The Company was informed on 5 April 2012 that, on 5 April 2012, Simon Potter, Chief Executive Officer of Bahamas Petroleum, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.5 pence each (the "Acquisition").

Following the Acquisition, Mr. Potter is now interested in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
