The Company announces that on 6 October 2008 it was notified that Mr Robert Alcock, a Non-executive Director of the Company, had on that day purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 39 pence per ordinary share.  Mr Alcock's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 103,191 shares, representing 0.0374% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company's issued share capital is 276,020,767 ordinary shares.
