Director's Dealing

The Company was today notified that on 14 October 2014, Jonathan Quirk, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.79 pence per share from shares held in his own name into an ISA in his own name.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Quirk's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 914,071 Ordinary Shares representing 2.9% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
