The Company announces that it was informed today that Mr. Oozi Cats, its CEO and executive director, has bought 46,098 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 210 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr. Cats will own or be directly interested in 22,411,257 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
