Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that following the acquisition of a further 80 10p Ordinary Shares each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") by Connected Persons under the Company's dividend reinvestment programme on 13 May 2013, the interest of Peter Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, now stands at 600,080 Shares, being 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
