Dairy Crest Group PLC11 January 2007 Dairy Crest Group - Director Shareholding Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company") has been informed that Mr P W Thornton, adirector of the Company, today exercised 13,177 options granted to him under theDairy Crest Executive Share Option Scheme in 1998 at a price of 341.5p. Following the exercise of options Mr P W Thornton sold 9,577 shares at a priceof 638.5p per share retaining 3,600 shares - 200 in his own name and 3,400 inhis wife's name.
