The Company has today been informed that on 6 June 2011 Alex Alway transferred 63,100 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at 55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction there is no change in Alex Alway's beneficial interest in the Company.

Alex Alway remains interested in 1,320,883 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 1.55% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
