Director Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Patrick Rupert Cottrell, Non-Executive Chairman of Carpathian Plc, has today acquired 70,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.50 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Patrick Rupert Cottrell is interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.043% of the issued share capital of the Company being 232,148,175 Ordinary Shares.
