Directors Shareholdings
The Company has received notification today from Stewart Millman (non-executive director of the Company) that he purchased 61,539 Ordinary Shares at 13p on 10 December 2008 and has a revised notifiable interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.2% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital. MTI has 51,571,990 Ordinary Shares in issue.
