Director Shareholding

The Company announces that the Company has been informed that on 30 June 2008, 

Jeffrey Harding, via the Harding Superannuation Fund, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of A$0.395, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital. 

Following these purchases Jeffrey Harding is interested, directly or indirectly, in a total of 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital.
