Solid State plc, the AIM listed supplier of industrial/ruggedised computers, specialist electronic components and battery power solutions to the electronics market, announces that on 28 June 2012 it was informed that Mr William Marsh (Non Executive Director) and his wife have sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 240p per share.

Following this sale the beneficial holding of Mr William Marsh and his wife amount to 1,438,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 21.17 % of the company's issued share capital.
