Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 26 July 2017, Tim Haywood, Non-Executive Director, purchased 16,250 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 299.29p per share.
Tim Haywood's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 20,759 Shares, representing approximately 0.02 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
