Notification of Director's interests
Roger Witts (non executive director), has notified the Company that he bought a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') on 23 July 2013 at £1.115 each to bring his total holding up to 68,331 Shares.
Following these acquisitions the directors have a combined shareholding of 767,186 Shares representing 0.36% of the total issued share capital of the Company
