Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 16 December 2008 that on 15 December 2008 Francis Ives, Executive Chairman,  bought 86,912 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 40 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Francis Ives's beneficial interest in the Company is now 2,757,730 Ordinary Shares representing 4.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
