IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has today been notified that Barry Keepence, a Director of the Company, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 415p each on 11 June 2009. 

Following this transaction Mr Keepence has an interest in 29,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company
