The Company has been notified that on 7 June 2017, Olivia Megan Lee, a person closely associated (as defined in the EU Market Abuse Regulation) to Phillip Lee, Group Finance Director, purchased 7,095 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 22.55 pence per share.
