SCHEDULE 11 

NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS 

The Company has been notified that Dr Geoffrey Guy, a Director of the Company, has today transferred 30,580 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company into his personal pension scheme. The transfer amounts to 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Dr. Guy has also today sold 42,100 ordinary shares in the Company, for a consideration of 30 pence per share representing 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Following this notification Dr Guy retains a beneficial interest in 21,248,563 ordinary shares, amounting to 17.6% of the shares in issue.
