Grant of options under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme
On 18 June 2015, 2,986 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to Michael Spencer and 995 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to Ken Pigaga under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £4.52.
The exercise period for this award will commence on 1 August 2018 and will last for a period of six months to 31 January 2019.
