Director shareholding
Gresham House has been informed that Stephen Ackerman, a non-executive director of the Company, has today acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 329p. Mr Ackerman is now the beneficial owner of 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.19 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
