Notification regarding director's shareholding

REA announces that, in accordance with the requirements of the FSA statement in January 2009 'Disclosure and Model Code obligations in respect of the use of shareholdings as security', it was notified on 25 June 2009 that Mr D H R Killick, a director holding 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p in the company, now holds all of such shares, representing 0.06% of the ordinary share capital, in a Lloyds deposit account as collateral for membership of the Corporation of Lloyds insurance market.
