Braemar Seascope Group PLC27 November 2006 Braemar Seascope Group plc Directors' Dealing The Board was informed today that the wife of Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, on 24November 2006 acquired 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 368.5 pence pershare. Accordingly, Mr Marsh now has a beneficial holding of 1,148,502 ordinaryshares, representing 5.69 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany. The Board also announces that on 24 November 2006 Quentin Soanes, Head ofBusiness Development, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 369 penceper share.
