Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces that Navajo International Holdings Ltd ("Navajo"), an entity related to Roberto Danino, one of the Company's Executive Directors, has sold a total of 225,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Shares").
149,266 Shares were sold on 22 September 2010 at a price of £4.213356 per Share and 75,734 Shares were sold today at a price of £4.1806 per Share.
These transactions, which were notified to the Company today, were completed on the London Stock Exchange.
Following these transactions, Navajo retains an interest in 500,000 Shares.
