Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") Interests and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.4
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this notification have the meanings given to them in the prospectus issued by the Company on 5 June 2014.
The following table sets out the number of Shares sold and / or purchased by certain PDMRs and their connected persons in connection with the Member Option to acquire further Shares after the First Anniversary of Admission (the "Anniversary Offer").
The transactions in columns (2) and (3) below took place on 21 July 2015 at the Discounted Offer Price of 176p per Share in London.
