Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces that the company was informed on 10 March 2008 that Mr. Alistair Groom, an Executive Director of the Company,
advised that on 3 March 2008 he transferred 2,413 Ordinary Shares into his personal ISA. The shares were transferred at a price of 290.0p per share.
Mr. Groom's interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
