Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on the 21 January 2009, Mr Kenneth Timmins ('Mr Timmins'), Director, purchased 16,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Timmins is now interested in 17,775 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The total number of voting shares in Cavanagh Group PLC is 11,597,047.
