The Company has been informed today that Mr Peter Rigg, Director of MXC, has purchased 1,981,720 Ordinary Shares on behalf of his ISA at a price of 1.7515 pence per share from his own direct holding.

Mrs Nicola Rigg has purchased 1,896,780 Ordinary Shares on behalf of her ISA at a price of 1.7515 pence per share from her own direct holding.

Following this transaction they will have a beneficial interest in 6,000,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.48% of the total issued share capital.
