Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 10 April 2012 that the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 had purchased that day the following Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 271.50 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below:
