Director's Shareholding
The Company has today been notified that Toby Parker, Finance Director of the Company, has purchased 1,000 ordinary shares at a price of 470 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Parker has a beneficial interest in 10,250 ordinary shares, representing 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
